Associate Account Executive
**What’s The Role** Sell the organization's products and services through direct sales to small & medium businesses, large corporations, and government entities. Face-to-face and remote sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers by delivering sales bids/proposals/presentations and conducting product demonstrations (Direct B2B Sales). PreSales engineers) **What You'll Do** + To meet and exceed set revenue targets through selling new and existing products and services. + To maintain regular contact with assigned customers + To provide a consultative sales service to key stakeholders, defining customer requirements and matching their needs. + Develop and maintain account development plans for the assigned portfolio as identified by the manager. + Develop a current-year sales plan for attaining revenue targets and customer satisfaction ratings for the assigned portfolio. + Provide a weekly report detailing performance against target & listing key prospects. + Provide customer training and demonstrations as and when necessary. + Provide customer data within the deadline as requested by the manager. + Qualify new prospects & prepare proposals, mailings, sales & contact initiatives ‘sales days’ as required. + Proactively handle customer queries or retention issues. + Utilize data within the billing system, CRM system, competitive intelligence, & customer feedback to better serve customers’ needs. + Respond to referrals as requested within required deadlines. + Comply with all company processes and procedures. + Maintain all standards relating to safety, on-the-job training, and productivity. + Performs any other duties ancillary to or related to the foregoing. **Information Security Responsibilities:** 1. Know the corporate information security policies, adhere to them, and become aware and understanding of each of them. 2. Maintain the confidentiality and protection of the information that he/she manages and knows in the performance of his/her responsibilities specific to his role. 3. Make good use of the information assets provided for development in fulfillment of the activities of their role. 4. Report any risk to the information security, event, or situation related to information of the company or its customers. 5. Report any breach of the information security policy, event, or situation related to leakage or unauthorized modification of information of the company or its customers. 6. Participate in training and awareness regarding information security. 7. Use software licensed, approved, and authorized by C&W. 8. Comply with laws and regulations that regulate intellectual property aspects. 9. Comply with laws and regulations that regulate aspects of personal data protection. 10. Do not transport confidential information of C&W or its clients in a medium without proper authorizations and protections. 11. Classify the information and label it in a way that easily identifies the applicable asset to determine the appropriate level of management and protection for that asset and is kept up to date and at the appropriate level: + High sensitivity and confidentiality. + For Internal Use. 1. Act responsibly and comply with specific policies and guidelines that regulate the efficient, ethical, and legitimate use of the resources that are provided for the development of the activities: + Use of Email. + Internet use. + Access Control Policy. + Use of mobile devices. + Password Policy. + Interacts with FLOW staff, clients, etc. **Knowledge & Experience** + Minimum 2 years of B2B or B2C direct sales and field-based or telephone cold-calling experience. + Ideally, a first degree in management/marketing/sales or equivalent qualifications. + A diploma in management studies or equivalent or management training incorporating the management of human resources and the concepts of managerial accounting and budgetary analysis. + 3 years’ experience of direct Sales in a Telecoms or IT environment + Experience using Salesforce.com at the administrator level.
