Associate Account Executive
**What’s The Role** As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving growth for Liberty Caribbean ICT by acquiring new enterprise clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals. With your deep understanding of IT solutions and your consultative approach, you’ll be integral in recommending the best-fit solutions to help our clients succeed. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that requires a high degree of independence, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for technology. **What You'll Do** + Drive sales of enterprise solutions, including servers, storage, and networking products, to enterprise clients in the Caribbean. + Lead the sale of IT projects, IT support contracts, and IT security services. + Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor. + Deliver pre-sales advice and business cases to support the sales cycle of proposed solutions. + Take ownership of the sales pipeline, from generating leads to closing deals, with a strong focus on new business acquisition. + Conduct client meetings on a weekly basis to progress sales, providing consultative solutions and identifying business needs. **Knowledge & Experience** + A solid background in selling IT Managed Services (MSP), IT Managed Security Services (MSSP), Managed SIEM, IT Projects, and IT Support services. + Confidence in presenting and selling to clients at all levels. + Previous experience working in a consultancy firm or as a value-added reseller. + Previous experience in account management, handling client portfolios, and working closely with clients to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts + Excellent communication skills and a strong track record in building lasting client relationships. + Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable with prospecting and closing new business. + Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. **Who We Are** We are the leading telecommunications company, connecting more than 40 markets in Latin America and the Caribbean with our video, broadband internet, telephony, and mobile services under the consumer brands VTR, Flow, Liberty, Más Móvil, BTC, and Cabletica.
