Cushman and Wakefield are looking for a proactive, experienced individual to join their Occupier Management team as an Associate (6 month FTC) to work with one of their most prestigious occupier clients.
The Occupier Management division of Global Occupier Services is an expanding unit working for global brands across the UK and, increasingly, EMEA and the rest of the world. We are the sole supplier of property management services for the majority of our occupier clients and have a first-class retention record.
In this role you will provide mainly existing corporate occupier clients with full property management services that meet their expectations.
Core Responsibilities:
Maintain client relationship and act as liaison with clients on specific projectsSupport the team profile in the market and throughout the businessEnsure advice is provided thoroughly, accurately and within set deadlines, seeking assistance from colleagues if necessary or as appropriateDeliver activities and projects within client expectations (e.g. time, quality)Consult internally and externally to help identify optimum solutions for clientsManage and liaise with internal teams and other external professionals to provide a full service to the clientIdentify potential cross-selling opportunitiesContribute to meeting overall departmental fee/billing targetEnsure timesheets are up to date and reflective of current workEnsure work complies with firm procedures and guidelines (health & safety, quality, risk, professional code of conduct, etc.)Keep own knowledge of relevant case law and current affairs impacting clients up to dateProactively seek and undertake on the job and formal developmental activities to broaden experience and knowledgeAchieve objectives set and actively engage in review processEffectively use established systems for workflow management, minimising debts, and disbursement recoveryFeed into client budgets to ensure accurate market data.Knowledge & Experience:
