The Role

We are seeking an experienced Lease Advisory Surveyor to join our London Retail team, covering London and the South East.

This opportunity is suited to an individual operating at Senior Surveyor or Associate level, ideally with experience advising high-profile landlord and occupier clients across prime retail assets.

You will play a key role in delivering lease advisory services across shopping centres and high street portfolios, acting on behalf of both landlords and occupiers.

Key Responsibilities

Undertake rent reviews and lease renewals across retail assets.

Conduct property inspections and lead negotiations on behalf of clients.

Analyse and interpret market rental evidence to support strategic advice.

Prepare reports, submissions and expert advice in line with client objectives.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Manage a varied and active caseload effectively.

Contribute to business development through internal collaboration and external networking.

Experience & Qualifications

MRICS qualified.

Demonstrable experience in lease advisory, ideally within the retail sector.

Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Commercial awareness and ability to provide strategic advice.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
