Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join our North America Sales Commission team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for processing, analyzing, and reporting on commission payments for the entire North America Sales Organization, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
What You'll DoIn this role, you will:
Process monthly commission payments, which involves creating, managing, and analyzing large datasets and spreadsheets for a specific geographic area
Collaborate with Sales Vice Presidents (VPs), Regional Sales Managers, Sales Operations, and the Sales Organization to research, resolve commission issues, and communicate all exceptions to management.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and controls, including performing Peer Audits, adhering to the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) checklist, and obtaining appropriate approvals for all commission processes.
What You'll BringThe ideal candidate will have:
4-7 years of relevant experience in a finance and accounting domain (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Reconciliation) within an international Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector supporting North America.
Strong knowledge of financial concepts, excellent analytical skills, and a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with a strong sense of urgency and excellent problem-resolution skills.
Any graduate degree is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience with Oracle or Salesforce.com is a plus.
