Those in cloud operations at PwC will focus on managing and optimising cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and high availability for clients. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry leading practices for cloud-based systems.

As an Associate in Cloud Operations, you will help manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and services, supporting seamless operations and high availability for our clients. You will participate in monitoring, troubleshooting, and applying industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems.

What You’ll Do

Support the Cloud Operations team in analyzing problems and developing IT resilience strategies for clients.Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.Assist in delivering high-quality work and meeting project objectives.Use analytical skills to interpret data and contribute to strategic decisions.Learn to use a variety of tools, methodologies, and techniques to solve problems.Develop your technical knowledge and understanding of business context.Uphold professional and technical standards, including PwC’s code of conduct.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree (or in progress).1–3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or related fields.Interest in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and willingness to pursue certifications.Basic understanding of private, public, or hybrid cloud architectures.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.

Nice to Have

Experience with backup and recovery solutions, or risk management frameworks.Exposure to business continuity planning or IT resilience concepts.Any relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, ITIL) are a plus.
