Job Description

The Training and Quality Analyst – F&A is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and driving process compliance and quality standards across Finance & Accounting processes such as AP, AR, R2R, and other transactional finance functions. The QA will ensure high accuracy and adherence to internal controls, SOPs, and client SLAs by conducting audits, identifying gaps, and partnering with operations for corrective and preventive actions.
Manages and documents all processes through SOPs and is in charge of keeping documentation up to date.
Supports on basic New Hire training or upskilling when required
