Job Description
The Training and Quality Analyst – F&A plays a critical role in ensuring process compliance and quality excellence across Finance & Accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Record to Report (R2R), and other transactional finance functions. This role is responsible for monitoring performance through audits, maintaining and updating process documentation, supporting training initiatives, and driving continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and implementing corrective actions in collaboration with stakeholders.
+ **Monitor and Audit Finance Processes:**
Regularly evaluate transactions in AP, AR, R2R, and other F&A processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls and client SLAs.
+ **Ensure Compliance with SOPs and Policies:** Review and enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
+ **Conduct Quality Assessments:** Perform root cause analysis on process deviations or errors and recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve overall quality.
+ **Maintain and Update Documentation:** Create, manage, and regularly update all process documentation and SOPs to reflect the latest business practices and compliance requirements.
+ **Support Training and Upskilling:** Assist in delivering training programs for new hires and provide ongoing upskilling for existing staff to ensure alignment with process changes and quality expectations.
+ **Collaborate with Operations Teams:** Work closely with operations to implement quality improvement initiatives and resolve process issues identified through audits or stakeholder feedback.
+ **Track and Report Quality Metrics:** Develop and maintain dashboards or reports on quality KPIs, audit outcomes, and training effectiveness to inform leadership and guide process improvement.
+ **Drive Continuous Improvement:** Proactively identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize service delivery across the F&A function.
+ **Ensure Client Satisfaction:** Align quality practices with client expectations and SLA commitments, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through consistent performance.
+ **Support Internal and External Audits:** Assist in audit preparation and respond to audit queries related to finance processes, ensuring transparency and readiness for both internal and client audits.
**Requirements:**
+ 3–5 years of accounting experience
+ CPA certification preferred (or currently pursuing)
+ Familiarity with quality control processes in accounting
+ Advanced proficiency in English
+ At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite
