We’re looking for a highly organized and collaborative Associate to support key talent development initiatives. In this role, you’ll help coordinate the company’s annual employee engagement survey, assist in planning and running early career programming, contribute to Employee Resource Group (ERG) support, and help build engaging learning resources. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong interest in organizational culture, employee engagement, and professional development who enjoys working behind the scenes to make programs run smoothly. Employee Engagement Surveys Support the planning and execution of the annual engagement survey and other lifecycle surveys (e.g., onboarding, exit, pulse checks). Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to stay on track with timelines and deliverables. Assist with organizing and analyzing survey results to help identify key themes. Early Career Programs Help plan and coordinate logistics for early career initiatives, including the summer internship program and analyst/associate onboarding. Manage communications, scheduling, and materials to ensure a smooth experience for participants. Provide general support for events and programming. Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) Act as a support resource for ERG leaders, helping with event logistics and tracking. Maintain communication tools and help coordinate ERG programming in alignment with broader company goals. Assist with budget tracking and participation data. Learning & Development Content Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to help create and update learning resources, training materials, and toolkits. Keep our content organized and help identify ways to improve or expand available resources. Explore creative ideas for enhancing learning experiences. Program Enhancements Work with the Talent Development team to assess current programs and suggest ways to improve. Research trends and bring forward new ideas that could support employee development and engagement. Compensation The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Anticipated base salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including, but not limited to, the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 5+ years of relevant experience in learning & development, employee engagement, training, or organizational development. Strong organizational skills and the ability to support multiple projects at once. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfort working with data to draw insights and help shape next steps. Ability to collaborate with different teams and build good working relationships. Proactive mindset and the ability to work independently when needed. Experience with onboarding or early-career program coordination is a plus.
