Eli Lilly and Company seeks an Associate, Staff Auditor (P2 - P3) to evaluate and improve the organization's risk management, control, and governance processes. Execute audit engagements and supporting or related projects. Work with cross-functional teams on domestic and international audits designed to test compliance with internal control practices and corporate policies and procedures. Identify and assess risks, measure policy compliance, influence action plans, partner with audit client management and process owners to improve risk management, control and governance processes, and share best practices and key findings across the organization. Perform financial and compliance controls auditing across various company functions including related third-party activities. #LI-DNI
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and 2 years of experience with public accounting, internal audit, or compliance. Experience must include a minimum of: experience in internal audit or public accounting auditing of financial risks and controls; experience with auditing Sarbanes Oxley (SOx) Controls or SOx Finance controls; experience with SAP including report generation and collection of evidence, assessing risks in Finance and other enterprise risk areas, PowerBI to develop visuals or data analysis dashboards for identified risks, and measuring compliance with policies; experience in creating results presentations to share with audit clients; experience in cross-functional collaboration, including influencing partners and actions; and experience with budget setting and monitoring, team collaboration, and communication of compliance issues that require action. Part time telecommuting may be permitted. Up to 25% domestic and international travel required. #LI-DNI

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$81,255Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
