**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications, and will demonstrate adaptability and the ability to seamlessly context-switch between multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
**Key Responsibilities and Job Expectations:**
+ Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications.
+ Collaborate with architects, product managers and other developers to deliver robust solutions, and with cross-functional teams, including finance stakeholders and product experts, to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
+ Participate in code reviews and ensure coding best practices.
+ Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
+ Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
+ Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 1-5 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
+ Expertise in Java17+, Spring Framework 6, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and related technologies.
+ Experience with cloud-native development, including cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
+ Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
+ Proven track record of delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
+ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
**Additional Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Financial knowledge and familiarity with finance-jargons, or prior experience working with financial data, analytics, or industry-specific applications is a plus.
+ Familiarity and/or enthusiasm with Data Science / Machine Learning is a plus
+ Good communication skills, able to articulate challenges, blockers, and queries to stakeholders.
+ Demonstrable experience in scoped application development.
+ Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multi-national teams,
