This role is responsible for being the enhanced support for large IT customers in India for Exam Voucher transactions. This role is responsible for working with internal teams and systems to ensure orders are being processed and invoiced in a timely manner. This role is also responsible for working with customers to setup accounts, respond to questions/concerns, monitor key order metrics, and complete some accounting monitoring activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experienceProvide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problemsSetup outbound meetings with clients to review questions and issuesCoordinate product and system demos with customersAct as support bridge between local customers and global support teamsVendor empanelment at customer end Customer operational support.Customer engagement for operational aspects of sales work.Manage sales process operations and coordinate legal/functional documentation for sales process.Monitor performance indicatorsManage sales tracking tools and report on important informationStay up to date with new product and feature launchesSuggest sales process improvementsRequirements:
Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist, Sales support associate, or Customer Service associateUnderstanding of legal/functional paperwork around sales processes in IndiaHands on experience with ERP and CRM systemsProficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS ExcelIn-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesExcellent communication skills in both EnglishAnalytical and multitasking skillsTeamwork and motivational skillsOpen to committing to a full-time fixed-term position lasting between 12 and 18 months with likely renewal(s) to occur.
