**What will you do?**
A day in the life of a **Rework/Returns Associate** at VF looks a little like this.
This position is responsible for repackaging and/or reboxing of useable inventory, processing of customer returns, movement of stock back into warehouse, performing monthly physical inventory scans and disposing of damaged goods. This person will follow the directions given by Department Management- Lead, Supervisor or Manager. The primary responsibility of the department is to rework inventory (ex. adding new upc tags/advertisers, folding garments, adding polybags), process customer returns at a designated station and moving bales back into production. The Department Lead/ Supervisor will direct the associate to move throughout the department to ensure work is being processed in a timely and safe manner. The job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

_Rework_
+ _Proper repackaging and or reboxing of inventory according to customer specifications and company’s production standards._
+ _Using computer and keyboard to print upc hang tags and/ or fringe stickers._
+ _Using handheld swift tack machines or staple machine to attach upc hang tags and/ or advertisers._
+ _Using pallet jacks to move products from one area to another._
+ _Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and report any concerns or damage you see to the Lead or Supervisor._
_Returns_
+ _Accurate processing of customer web or retail returns and all reworked items back to inventory using computer and keyboard_
+ _Using handheld devices to perform monthly physical inventory scans._
+ _Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and report any concerns or damage you see to the Lead or Supervisor._
+ _Will communicate production concerns or issues with Lead and/or Supervisor._
+ _Provide feedback daily to the person during the Coaching and Training sessions._
+ _To understand the clear day-to-day objectives from their Lead or Supervisor_
+ _Other additional departmental duties assigned by the Lead, Supervisor, or Manager._
+ _Work in Production areas as required._
**What do you need to succeed?**
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
+ _Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent. Rework is preferred to have at least 3 months of experience in a high paced volume processing warehousing and distribution operations. A minimum of 3 months’ experience utilizing a Warehouse Management System and Radio Frequency equipment_
+ _Must be able to read, speak and understand English. Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to be able to communicate with their Department Lead or Supervisor._
+ _Ability to derive and utilize simple mathematical problems. This requirement is used during re-packing and/ or re-baling, reading of numbers from a radio frequency handheld device or computer, and understanding their performance reports._
