Associate, Renewal Sales
Job Title: Associate, Renewal Sales Job Description We are seeking a skilled and driven Bilingual Renewals Sales Associate fluent in English. This role is focused on managing contract renewals, forecasting, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting revenue retention across key markets. **You have:** + **Fluent in English (B2 required)** – verbal and written communication. + 1.5+ years of experience in a sales support, renewals, customer success, or account management role. + High school diploma, mandatory + Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. + Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. + Experience managing sales forecasting + Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. + Prior success in the achievement of personal and team sales quota/goals. + Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience supporting SaaS, cloud, or technology solutions. + Background in B2B client-facing roles. + Familiarity with sales or renewals metrics and reporting tools. **You will:** + Work within a dedicated territory and team for your assigned client to achieve your revenue-based quota by selling renewals/services, may offer up- sell opportunities + Provide an accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast + Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements + Initiate steps to help customer concerns/roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage + Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers or win new customers + Manage a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day – majority of communication is outbound + Work with your team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects + Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured + Undertake sales motions which might include lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing contracts + Work with a team and report directly to a Sales Manager **What We Offer:** + Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives. + Hybrid-friendly work environment. + Growth opportunities in a global and inclusive organization. + Training and continuous learning resources.
