What You Will Achieve

Contribute to project tasks and milestones, organizing work to meet deadlines and ensuring timely attention to requests and concerns from colleagues.Learn and apply basic team effectiveness skills within the immediate work team, working in a structured environment using established procedures.Make decisions within limited options to resolve basic problems under the supervisor's direction, exercising judgment with reliance on the supervisor.Ensure work is regularly reviewed for technical judgment, completeness, and accuracy, and ask for guidance from colleagues when needed.Design, maintain, and govern HR Information Systems, revising manuals, code lists, and documentation to support human resource administration.Analyze and validate data between HR systems, ensuring compliance and proper handling of colleague records and documentation.Provide colleague information for analysis and decision-making, including statistical data and other colleague-related reports as required.Administer HR documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and internal communications on the intranet site, and handle data entry and filing of personal documents.Deliver continuous improvement initiatives shared by leadership, coordinate work processes, and provide operational support for HR projects, including meeting arrangements and documentation.Participate in and execute audits of HR process data to ensure compliance with regulations, support the implementation and maintenance of consistent processes, and assist the team with research and analysis on HR-related matters.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

Bachelor's degree with any years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or  a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experienceProficiency in MS OfficeStrong written and verbal communication skillsPositive continuous improvement mindsetDemonstrated capability to work effectively as a team member in a matrix environmentAbility to handle data entry and maintain accurate recordsExperience in preparing regular reports and handling HR documentation

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

Experience working on ERP HR modulesPositive self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibilityAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaborativelyAbility to adapt to changing environments and work processesExperience in supporting HR projects and initiativesExperience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
