Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate, Quality Management & Compliance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems and proceduresMonitor and evaluate compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirementsConduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvementAnalyze quality data and prepare comprehensive reports for management reviewCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actionsSupport the development and delivery of quality and compliance training programsMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality processes and compliance activitiesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality management practicesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field2-3 years of experience in quality management or compliance rolesStrong knowledge of quality management systems and compliance regulationsProficiency in data analysis, risk assessment, and reporting techniquesExcellent documentation skills and attention to detailExperience with Microsoft Office Suite and quality management softwareKnowledge of industry-specific regulations and standardsUnderstanding of quality control processes and continuous improvement methodologiesQuality management certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentAdditional InformationWe prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion by creating an equal opportunities workplace and a human-centric environment where people of all cultural backgrounds, genders and ages can contribute and grow.
