We’re focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. **What You’ll Do** + Interface with suppliers, managing vendor relationships and contracts. + Provide operational support to software developers and testers, understanding their requirements and ensuring their needs are met. + Support the creation and maintenance of the budget for the digital team, ensuring alignment with overall business financial goals. + Regularly track and analyze budget expenditures, providing detailed reports and insights to senior management to ensure financial targets are met. + Monitor supplier performance and maintain accurate records of KPIs, SLAs, and compliance metrics. + Support sourcing strategies by conducting market research and supplier evaluations. + Assist in onboarding new suppliers and maintaining supplier databases and documentation. + Track and report on procurement project timelines, budgets, and milestones. + Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure alignment on procurement policies and contract terms. + Identify and mitigate risks related to supplier relationships and procurement processes. **Required Qualifications** + Proven experience in operations, project management, or a similar role, ideally within a digital or software development environment. + - High energy, proactive, and results-driven, with excellent problem-solving skills. + - Strong background working with software developers, testers, and technical teams. + - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across teams and regions. + - Solid organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail. + - Experience collaborating with Procurement, Legal, and cross functional stakeholders. + - Familiarity with supplier/vendor management. + - Fluency in English + - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing organization.
