**_This is a hybrid position requiring the team member to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per week in Exton,PA. Candidates applying must be residing within a 50 mile commutable radius to the location OR willing to relocate to Exton, PA._**

**Job Summary**
+ This role supports pricing-related business processes and systems, while providing support to and in close collaboration with Sales teams to achieve competitive pricing outcomes for key, strategic customer accounts. A general understanding of pricing processes and systems is required, alongside the ability to clearly communicate impact to business.
+ The role includes fostering collaborative, trust-based relationships with stakeholders to support process and system continuous improvement initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering accurate data and insightful metrics that are critical for effective Operating Unit reporting.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Act as a key point of contact for requirements related to pricing analysis, reconciliations and supporting the quotation process through establishing an exceptional partnership with internal stakeholders
+ **Provide key pricing inputs to support the creation and delivery of reports used to deliver insights with key analytics for the leadership**
+ **Support the interaction with global financial services to ensure customer POs are being invoiced in the intended manner**
+ Support a globally and regionally consistent and compliant process for developing and maintaining ERP price master conditions to comply with the West Pricing Policy and ensure timely and accurate reporting in collaboration with Global Pricing Team.
+ Collaborate with Global and Regional teams for implementing and rolling out tools for pricing execution.
+ Highlight price correction of sub-optimal pricing scenarios and provide support and guidance to Sales to ensure action plans are developed and implemented
+ Understand the current processes in different countries in the region and policies related to pricing, and support projects aimed at simplification and streamlining of processes
+ Support the annual price process and ensure that forecasted pricing is developed and accurately maintained in accordance with the Commercial strategy under oversight from relevant commercial partners
+ Participate and support annual price revision under direction from relevant commercial stakeholders
+ Other duties as assigned
**Education**
+ Bachelor's Degree in business or equivalent experience required
**Work Experience**
+ Minimum 3 years of professional experience
+ Strong focus on Price Management and Value Based Pricing preferred
**Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
+ **General understanding of business finance – costs, margin, profits, overhead, depreciation, etc.**
+ **Understanding of industry structures, business models, competitive dynamics**
+ **Strong aptitude for Mathematics and data analysis**
+ **Strong analytical skills and fit with Excel. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required**
+ Basic knowledge of INCO terms and taxes is preferred
+ SAP experience is preferred
+ Experience with Analytics and business intelligence solutions
+ Proficient in English
+ High flexibility, independent and precise working style, highly efficient
+ Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
+ Support and contribute to Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target

**Travel Requirements**
10%: Up to 26 business days per year
**Physical Requirements**
Sedentary-Exerting up to 10lbs/4kgs of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
**Additional Requirements**
+ Able to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
+ Must be able to communicate effectively with written and oral skills, make quick decisions, interpret data, read and write, speak in front of groups, express and exchange ideas, understand direction and adhere to procedures.
+ Organizational skills will enable planning, prioritization and achievement of goals especially of importance for the successful execution of related activities.
