Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Audit Associate, you will provide leadership in the pharmacy during third party audits, review the results and facilitate recovery of charge backs. You will also train the pharmacy team members on correct audit practices and assist the pharmacy training department with essential functions.

Job Description

Experience Required: 0 to 6 monthsExperience Desired: Facilitation skills, currently working in a pharmacy environment; Experience with pharmacy audits or as a pharmacy tech for 12 monthsEducation Desired: High school diploma or equivalentTravel Required: Regional - Daily, More than 50%

Job Responsibilities

Be present in the pharmacy and assist during third party audits.Review the post audit report and submit necessary paperwork.Train pharmacy team members on correct audit practices.Assist the Administrator of Third-Party Business with audit analysis and reporting.Communicate regularly with team members, auditors and other health professionals.Assist in pharmacy training and evaluations as assigned.Assist in the communication and roll out of quality initiatives.Other duties as assigned.
