**Talent Experience & Compliance Intern (UK-Focused)**
Remote | 12:00 Noon until 9:00 PM
**Why This Role Matters**
We are building a focused intern team to support a high-priority UK workforce verification initiative designed to strengthen employment governance and operational excellence. This is meaningful, real-world work tied directly to regulatory integrity and employee trust.
As part of this initiative, you will help ensure workforce records are accurate, complete, and aligned to compliance standards, while gaining exposure to how a global Talent Experience function operates at scale. This is not a passive internship. You will contribute to a live operational priority with clear accountability and measurable outcomes.
**What You’ll Do**
* Partner virtually with employees and internal stakeholders to complete employment verification activities
* Review documentation with accuracy and discretion
* Track progress and maintain detailed records within HR systems
* Identify gaps or inconsistencies and escalate appropriately
* Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
* Participate in team discussions to gain exposure to broader talent operations
**What We’re Looking For**
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* High integrity and ability to manage sensitive information
* Clear written English communication skills
* Ability to work independently in a structured remote environment
* Comfort working with data and systems
* Availability to work hours aligned with UK business operations (approximately afternoon to evening hours in Manila time)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Reliable internet connection
