**Overview**
The Associate, Global Online will support the strategic planning and immaculate execution of global digital content (all online channels) and operations for online (Brand.com focus) and CRM touchpoints. This role requires a detail-oriented, digitally savvy candidate with strong project management skills who can collaborate cross-functionally across Consumer Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative, and regional Online teams.
**Description**
Digital Marketing Planning and Implementation
+ Lead the briefing for globally-led Brand.com content updates (including homepages, landing pages, and editorial content), aligning closely with Consumer Marketing and Online Commercial team members.
+ Lead briefing of globally-led, online focused CRM communication (emails, SMS) and communicates email delivery to regional stakeholders.
+ Manage single product page briefs based on planned asset support and highlights online specific needs with Product Marketing and Creative Operations.
+ Track Product Marketing 360 briefs and collaborates with online stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of the online section.
+ Identify opportunities to leverage emerging media, UX/UI trends, and digital innovations to enhance campaign effectiveness and improve customer engagement across acquisition, retention, and reactivation efforts.
Online Calendar and Toolkit Management
+ Assist Online Manager to formulate and execute brand online marketing calendar and omnichannel marketing programs. Consolidates regional marketing plans and alerts online team of deviations to global direction.
+ Support Online Manager in developing quarterly online toolkits, inclusive of campaign assets, copy, and implementation guidance. Own communication to stakeholders, including updates based on calendar and asset shifts.
Digital Operations Management
+ Manage creation and maintenance of new-product-launch (NPL) product copy grids, collaborating closely with Product Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Editorial to ensure completion and timely delivery to regional stakeholders.
+ Prepare copy and assets for upload into the Product Information Management (PIM) system for new product launches (NPL).
+ Lead Brand.com content management—prepare and execute approved content and copy in the online content management system (CMS), collaborating with regional online teams for localization where necessary.
+ Maintain and update global online launch tracker with accurate on-counter dates for all new product launches (NPL).
+ Support Digital Operations Manager in analyzing content performance and proposing recommendations for future improvements.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred.
+ Minimum 2⁃3 years working experience in digital marketing and/or ecommerce, preferably in a fast-moving retail/CPG company. Experience in marketing or ecommerce within fragrance and makeup category a plus.
+ Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Meticulous, highly organized, independent, and able to align and influence different stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
+ Collaborative, resourceful, and eager to grow in a fast-evolving global digital landscape.
+ Good communication skills and excellent in both written and oral English.
+ Good knowledge in Microsoft Office software applications, especially Excel.
+ Previous experience working in CMS platforms, DAM, or PIM systems a plus.
