Job DescriptionTechnical lead in mechanical design from concept to detail design, and practical implementation on siteResponsible for reviewing, guiding and checking design calculations, drawings, specifications, and tender documents prepared by senior and junior engineers for the design projects.Preparation of design report, calculation, drawings, specification, cost estimation and details/ schedules for projects.Conduct technical meetings with internal, other disciplines and external parties.Assist Professional Engineer in liaison, preparation and follow up of Authority Submission. Liaison with Client/ Architects/ Structural Engineers/ Civil Engineers/System Contractors/ Civil Contractors/ QS etc. to produce the electrical building services system design from concept to detail design.Lead in the coordination with other disciplines in preparation of design deliveries Produce mechanical design from concept to detail design Senior engineers must be able to lead projects and supervise a team of engineers / technicians.  Develops construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects. Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings. Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements. 

QualificationsDegree in Mechanical Engineering with recognized education institutionsMinimum 10 years of hands-on design experience in Building/Infrastructure projects Familiar with local code and authority submission procedure.  Team player and able to work independent with minimal supervision
