Job Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive legal support to the SSG business unit, including but not limited to:
1. Drafting and revising contracts, and participating in negotiations;
2. Providing legal consultation for business operations;
3. Identifying legal risks in business operations on time and proposing corresponding solutions;
4. Following up on and resolving various disputes, arbitration, and litigation cases;
5. Providing internal training to employees on legal knowledge and legal systems, regulations, and policies;
6. Other business and company-related legal matters.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Law;
2. Outgoing, honest, responsible, willing to take on challenging tasks, and able to handle work pressure;
3. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills;
4. Passed the National Judicial Examination.

4. 通过国家司法考试。
