**Description**
The Sales, Service and Systems Associate is responsible for supporting the creation, revision, and consistent delivery of materials related to Retail systems user training as applications are developed and deployed to NA FSS.
The Sales, Services and Systems Associate will work day⁃to⁃day with the Senior Manager of SSS, to create compelling training and communications to drive end user adoption, customer service, achievement of compliance business objectives, and brand loyalty.
The Sales, Services and Systems Associate will maintain a consistent design language for North American Retail Operations.
The Sales, Service and Systems Associate supports the analysis, development, design, implementation, and evaluation of new and ongoing training and communications content in close partnership with Corporate Partners and Brand, and Field Leadership.
Key Accountabilities:
Production, Communication and Analysis
⁃ Freestanding store systems training content support including but not exclusive to⁃ Process checklists for all end⁃users
⁃ Detailed, step⁃by⁃step visual walkthroughs
⁃ Quick⁃use instructional guides
⁃ Freestanding store systems training support to Field including but not exclusive to⁃ Webinars ⁃ In⁃Person⁃ Conferences
⁃ Provides store and field leader support with store processes as needed
⁃ Evaluation and reporting of content effectiveness, with a focus on continuous improvement
⁃ Curates content (printed, digital, web, etc.)
⁃ Work with Policy & Procedure team to ensure new applications meets policy standard
⁃ Develop and maintain expert knowledge of all in store processes, applications, systems.
⁃ User Acceptance Testing support for Retail Systems Functional Application Leads (moved from 30 %section)
⁃ Stays up to date with changes to the business that could require process, application or report updates.
⁃ Work with IT, Field Leadership and cross functional business partners to develop / finalize business requirements
⁃ Manage the pilot process timeline and communication process for system enhancements / implementations
⁃ Solicit feedback from the field regarding new and updated processes / applications to gain an understanding of how the change is being received and the success rate ⁃
Strong partnership with Retail Helpdesk to identify trends and themes and develop solutions
Support and Maintenance
⁃ Technology Support
⁃ Maintain materials when changes to applications or processes are implemented
⁃ Update all above materials based on new business requirements
⁃ Implement language translations for NA documentation as required (Quebecois, Spanish)
⁃ Manages Brand communication, store issue resolutions, and distribution of materials through central Communications group.
**Qualifications**
⁃ University Bachelor's Degree or above in business related disciplines
⁃ A minimum of 2 years' proven retail sales planning experience in large multinational corporations or matrix organization
⁃ Strong business acumen with cost⁃conscious, result⁃driven and customer⁃oriented mindset
⁃ Attention to details, work under pressure and manage tight schedule
⁃ Well⁃organized with ability to prioritize, able to multi⁃tasking
⁃ Good command in computer skills including Excel, Word
