Associate, Global Marketing
**Description** Support the Global Marketing team by driving and leading a variety of Skincare categories including supporting the Marketing Director in new product launches. This includes new product launch development, managing category data analysis and consumer trend research leveraging brand and competitive sales data, market research as well as qualitative insight. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal cross-functional teams and support groups as a flexible team player ACCOUNTABILITIES: GLOBAL MARKETING STRATEGY + Support Director in development of Global Marketing objectives, strategies and 3⁃year innovation pipeline, considering strategic fit with brand. + Spearhead the execution of designated new product launches with all necessary cross-functional partners including Supply Chain, Packaging, Creative, Strategic Finance, Supply Relations and Regional Marketing. + Work in synergy with Consumer Engagement, Education and Online teams to create awareness and engagement driving tactics for new launches and re⁃promote programs, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution. + Collaborate with Global Business Planning to develop and finalize marketing forecast estimates. + Liaise with Cost Accounting to accurately project and maintain COGs from target costs to final costs. + Responsible for COG analysis, pricing and SKU management for managed categories. + Lead development of forecast offerings/bulletins detailing new program introduction and execution ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all GMW postings. + Ensure all milestones and cost objectives are met, including new products, seasonal programs and support collateral. + Support in development of new product pricing recommendations, keeping in line with the brand's product index for new and existing products. Collaborate with Global Pricing Group to finalize pricing recommendation with Regional input and ensure consistency across all markets. + Work closely with Design to ensure flawless execution of saleable, collateral and merchandising. + Act as expert and key point person for designated category performance (shipments, sell-through, cost of goods, sku count, pricing and forecasts) as well as competitively with regards to products, marketing focus and relevancy to the business. + Support concept and creative briefing to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals and manage milestone timing. + Spearhead and accountable for all aspects of NPDE, task force meetings, recaps and follow⁃ups between meetings. + Help identify new products concepts based on new technologies, market trends, competitive activity product gaps and category/franchising opportunities leveraging a category management skill set. + Prepare subcategory reviews, and perform ad hoc analysis upon request. MEETINGS AND PRESENTATIONS + Prepare presentations for various Senior Management meetings, Innovation, Strategy, Global Meetings, Regional Roundtables, Leadership Summit, etc. **Qualifications** + 2+ years of Global Marketing experience + Strong analytical, organizational, project/category management and leadership skills + Self⁃Starter, detail oriented, ability to multi⁃task and handle a broad range of projects. + Possess an entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic environment, and be highly flexible. + Excellent written and oral communications, ability to personally set priorities and motivate others. + Knowledge of the functions of product development, packaging design, advertising, and sales. + Appreciation that Licensor is the brand voice/creator, ability to execute Licensor's vision. + Ability to work on a small but growing business in lean, entrepreneurial environment. + Previous global and/or applied marketing experience required. + Marketing experience within Prestige/Luxury industry a plus. + Experience in luxury and or fashion a plus. + Experience with global marketing or international cultural exposure a plus. + Must have excellent communication, analytical and computer skills. + Must be proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint and capable of learning additional corporate systems.
