Preview Product, Holiday Gifts, etc. • To assist in meeting planning. • Responsible for the tracking of sales and service KPI’s. • To manage the Quick Clarifying Facial and eLearning Helpdesks. Position Summary: The Associate, Global Dermatological Education and Services is responsible for end-to-end operations of generation of PP’s and ensuring payment, GMW Offerings, vendor relations, Consultant gratis orders, etc. Working closely with the Executive Director, Global Dermatological Education and Services, Associate assists in planning, scheduling, and tracking aspects of Global Dermatological Education meetings and seminar rollouts. This role is also responsible for tracking Sales and Service KPIs on a quarterly and FY basis. Associate, Global Dermatological Education and Services is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Quick Clarifying Facial and eLearning Helpdesks to trouble shoot and escalate issues ensuring Best Care at point of sale. ACCOUNTABILITIES: Primary Responsibilities: 1. Lead operations that support the point-of-sale consumer experience and Consultant image. • Responsible to generate PO’s and submitting vendor invoices for payment following all guidelines to be 95% compliant. • Meet with Executive Director, Global Dermatological Education and Services and Finance monthly to support budget tracking. • Responsible for all aspects of Education GMW Offerings, from generating offer, submitting to procurement, vendor relations, etc. • Partners with GBSC on all aspects of Consultant Gratis product covered by Global Dermatological Education and Services budget, from determining quantity, establishing systems, and tracking through to delivery. 2. Assist in planning and execution of Education Meetings, Monthly SEL Calls, Annual SEL Meetings and Seminar Cascades, Stars to New York. • Work closely with the Executive Director, Global Dermatological Education to assist in planning, tracking and budgets for all meetings. Where needed, the Associate plays an active role in execution of virtual and New York based meetings. ACCOUNTABILITIES: (continued) 3. Responsible for tracking Global KPI’s that measure sales and service targets that support the best care outside of the dermatologist’s office. • Maintains excel spreadsheets that track essential KPIs from each region. • Communicates directly with Senior Education Leaders to ensure information is completed in a timely manner. • Recaps results with Executive Director, Global Dermatological Education quarterly. 4. Manage Helpdesks to support the point-of-sale experience. Digital Tools Quick Clarifying Facial • Respond to Consultant issues to resolve issues if possible or communicate next steps if not. • Communicate issues with Global Tech team. eLearning • Respond to Consultant issues to resolve issues if possible or communicate next steps if not. • Communicate issues with eLearning Assistant Manager. 5. Manage the Quick Clarifying Facial Helpdesk to support the adoption and growth of clinical services. • Respond to Consultant issues to resolve issues if possible or communicate next steps if not. • Communicate issues with Global Tech team. **Qualifications** QUALIFICATIONS: • The candidate must have related experience in operational systems such as SAP, GMW, etc. • Fluency in both Mac and/or PC operating systems, with comprehensive skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint across both systems. • Candidates must have strong English communication skills, both verbal and written with a proven ability for spelling accuracy. • Candidates must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Requires a strategic and resourceful thinker who can prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently. • Experience with iOS and Android App functionality, eLearning technology such as eLearning development software and/or learning management systems is a plus. • Point of sale experience is a plus. **Pay Range:** The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$66,300.00** **to** **$93,250.00** **.** Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
