Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis
**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Associate is responsible for assisting with enterprise financial and operational planning and analysis, evaluation, and report generation activities of current and proposed financial plans, meaningful reporting of operations, and effectively planning for and auditing the financial needs of the company. It is an entry level professional track position and will offer training and continuing education to support a career in management and leadership within BAYADA Home Health Care. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** + Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability. + Four (4) year college degree + One (1) to two (2) years’ successful experience in an analytical and/or budgeting role + Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated track record of working with peers in operational roles + Solid record of goal achievement and exceeding performance standards + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple client requests simultaneously + Demonstrated record of successfully taking on more responsibility with positive results and ambition to grow past current responsibilities + Ability to motivate and be self-motivated, flexible, versatile, and creative.
