The Difference You Make:
The Associate, Facilities manages routine issues including building configuration changes, employee relocations, tenant improvements and handles the management of space in various buildings/regions. S/he maintains regular communication with building owners and vendors and manages processes and procedures related to the management of and changes within the facility. In addition, the incumbent works to assess needs, provide solutions and make recommendations for the best utilization of space.

Maintains up to date space plans, floor plans, and database with logistical information for ease of space planning discussions and relocations.Assists in the development of standard operating procedures for all furniture activity and ensures space standards are adhered to in designated buildings/regions.Manages a furniture portfolio, conducts analysis and assists in developing space planning test fits and furniture budgets for solutions.Coordinates strategic planning for moves, adds, and/or changes.Provides solutions for growth or reduction of staff that significantly impacts various facilities.Ensures facilities are being operated and maintained in a safe and sound manner.Serves as a single point of contact for all space and furniture policy issues.Prepares reports and presentations and seeks funding approvals.Works with Architects to develop design development drawings (reviews CAD drawings, direct architect to make updates and/or changes).

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Architecture, Engineering or equivalent field. - Required.5+ Years Facilities Management. - Required.

Strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels.Proficient in AutoCAD.Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables).Proficient in Microsoft Office.Ability to comprehend, analyzes, and interprets complex business documents.Ability to manage complex relocations.Ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and/or management .Ability to make effective presentations on general topics to an internal department, large group of employees, clients, and/or management .Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.Strong analytical background, attention to detail along with structured organization and planning skills.Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel.

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range

Minimum:

$69,375.00 USD

Maximum:

$117,500.00 USD
