In this key role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and management of electrical engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction. + Lead and oversee electrical engineering projects from conception to completion + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients + Provide specialized technical input for studies and design efforts + Develop and review electrical system designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations + Perform quality control reviews of work developed by others + Contribute to the development of technical proposals and project estimates + Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional development + Participate in client meetings and presentations, offering expert technical solutions + Stay current with emerging technologies and sustainable design practices in electrical engineering + Assist in business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships **Qualifications** + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution + Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a proven track record in project management + Preferably with Professional Engineer status + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail + Excellent communication and technical writing abilities + Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in mentoring engineering teams + In-depth understanding of sustainable design practices and their application in electrical engineering + Familiarity with local building codes and procedures for submitting designs to relevant authorities + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently + Strong client relationship management skills + Knowledge of electrical systems design, implementation, and industry standards **Additional Information** \#LI-EF1 **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
