Associate, Customer & Partner Advocacy
About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 11 The Team: This role will be part of our Customer Experience Team that represents the heart of our Global Customer Experience operation at Commodity Insights Responsibilities and Impact: The Customer & Partner Advocacy Associate is responsible for supporting the operations and delivery of impactful engagements and programs for customers, partners, and key stakeholders. This position involves coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring a seamless experience for all participants. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. They will have the opportunity to engage with senior executives and contribute to meaningful interactions. Collaboration with internal teams is essential for gathering and preparing presentation materials, agendas, and supporting documentation, ensuring all content aligns with organizational messaging and objectives. Additionally, the associate will operate and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment and technology to guarantee smooth presentations and interactions, including setup for virtual meetings. To enhance program effectiveness, the associate will collect participant feedback following each event, assess the outcomes, and identify areas for improvement. This role also involves compiling reports and metrics for evaluation by the Head of Customer & Partner Advocacy. Administrative duties include maintaining the calendar, scheduling appointments, processing invoices, and managing inventory of materials. The associate will stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to advocacy and engagement, contributing ideas for continuous improvement to enhance the overall event and program experiences. What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: A minimum of three years of experience in customer-facing roles, showcasing a proven track record in client engagement and relationship management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders and external customers, fostering collaboration and trust. Relevant experience in Professional Services, Marketing, or Events is highly desirable. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating agility and resilience in navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to develop data-driven insights that inform strategic initiatives and enhance customer experiences. Proficiency in project management, ensuring effective execution of initiatives.
