PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The Corporate Development Associate responsibilities will include supporting the identification and execution of inorganic growth opportunities, including M&A and strategic partnership activities, in collaboration with the leadership of Fresenius Medical Care.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sourcing and Pipeline Management
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in markets that are strategic to Fresenius and its portfolio.Research and analyze business opportunities consistent with the company's short- and long-range objectives and strategic plansConduct multi-axis competitive landscape mapping and analysisParticipating in introductory sourcing meetings and callsTrack and prioritize potential investment pipelineDue Diligence and Deal Execution
Supports the evaluation of projects through market research and financial models using internal and external data, third-party resources, collaborating with internal company management and personnel and external advisorsParticipates in due diligence process and diligence teamsProvides benchmark comparable analysis of M&A exits, investment valuations, clinical trials and regulatory review timelinesAssists in the preparation of investment committee diligence deliverablesSupports post-deal integration work

Annual Rate: $85,300 - $142,300.00 for Waltham, MA location
