What is the opportunity? 

The Associate I, Client Support Services position provides Field and Client facing customer service and support through innovative solutions. This role will assist and provide accurate information to clients and field users while maintaining diligent records of all interactions with the field and end clients. They will need to maintain queue and hold time standards. Additionally, the Associate I, Client Support Services is responsible for staying up-to-date on changes to business processes and the technology that impacts the client and field they support.  This role exists to provide expertise for our cash management products (including but not limited to Visa, Bill Pay and ACH transfers) by supporting all the processes and technologies. Support includes the entire process associated with onboarding and servicing for both our end-clients and field organization.

What will you do?

Provide accurate information on business processes that the associate supports

Accurately record and escalate technology issues to the appropriate application owner

Understand required accountabilities in the area in which the incumbent works

Leverage and retain firm resources on InfoNET, InfoWorks, and AdvisorWorks

Research, respond, and follow-up as required to questions from other teams within Operations, other RBC Business Units, external customers or industry participants

Escalate questions to the appropriate senior associates within FCSS

Reduce risk by suggesting process changes or modifications as appropriate

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What do you need to succeed?

Must-Have: 

4-year degree from an accredited university in business, finance or related field OR High school diploma or equivalent AND 1+ year of job-related experience

Proficient computer skills in Windows-based software products including Word, Excel and Outlook

Nice-to-Have:

Salesforce contact management experience

The expected salary range for this particular position is $45,000-$75,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
