What You Will Get To Do: 

Provide support and service activities for a designated group of clients and the Relationship Management business unitGather and analyze data to support client requests and internal initiativesPrepare and deliver accurate client reports, presentations and updates using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Independently research and resolve basic client inquiriesAssist with project management tasks, including tracking progress and coordinating deliverablesPerform administrative duties to support client relationships and team operationsDevelop a base-level understanding of fund administration processes and industry practices

What You Will Bring: 

Bachelor's degreeHighly motivated, collaborative, and team-oriented approachProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with expert-level Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data analysis)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projectsExperience with business intelligence and visualization tools (preferred)

NY: Salary range for the position: $65,000 USD to $90,000 USD.
