The Difference You Make:
Coordinate and execute the release lifecycle across apps and infrastructure: prep change tickets, manage the release calendar, align stakeholders, track KPIs, and support go-live and post-release follow-ups in a regulated environment. You’ll blend process rigor with hands-on coordination, reporting, and crisp communication.
Key responsibilities
Plan & coordinate releases: Maintain the release calendar, collect deployment/runbook details, identify dependencies, and align with change windows and gates in partnership with all stakeholders. Cross-functional orchestration: Facilitate across infra, app/dev, QA, SRE, and business teams; assess business impact and escalate when needed.Release readiness: Verify environment/pre-reqs, data refreshes, and validations with delivery teams ahead of cutover.Communications & release notes: Translate technical details into clear stakeholder updates before, during, and after releases.KPIs & reporting: Track and publish release/change metrics (e.g., success rate, % incidents caused by change, etc), analyze trends, and flag risks.Change quality & controls: Ensure changes are executed safely, validated, and fully understood; align to ITSM practices and Regulatory requirements.Go-live support: Coordinate checkpoints/approvals, monitor progress, manage comms/bridges, and document outcomes.Post-release: Capture incidents/lessons learned and drive follow-ups into the next cycle.Works cross functionally: to define and develop metrics, data collection, modeling, and reporting prototypes to establish trends and patterns on infrastructure events within datacenter.Works to remove roadblocks that prevent operations from working most effectively.Monitors, analyzes and recommends solutions to performance problems with enterprise business applications.What You Bring:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
