Role and Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations.Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for projects and departmental functions.Perform statistical analysis and create reports that clearly present analytical results.Identify patterns and trends in data sets to uncover insights and opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.Design and implement data analysis methodologies and best practices.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for easy interpretation of data.Assist in the development of data management strategies and policies.Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and quality checks.Stay updated with the latest analytical techniques and technologies.Able to oversee project execution at all stages, ensuring requirements are met timely and within budget.

Skills and Qualifications

• Has substantial understanding on the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks

• Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations

• Normally receives little instruction on everyday work and general instructions on newly introduced assignments

Experience, Education and Licensure:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
