Assoc. Maintenance Lead
**Associate Maintenance Lead** **Country Site Activation** **Ukraine / Serbia** **Job Overview** We are seeking a skilled Associate Maintenance Lead to oversee the strategic, operational, and financial delivery of site activation and maintenance activities across global clinical studies. You will play a key role in accelerating study timelines, ensuring compliance, and enabling efficient patient enrollment. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead Site Activation and Lifecycle Maintenance activities including site identification, regulatory submissions, ethics approvals, and contract negotiations + Drive strategic planning and execution to achieve efficient study start-up and maintenance timelines + Manage start-up and lifecycle activities in line with ICH-GCP, protocol, and sponsor requirements + Oversee regional delivery across multiple countries, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met + Develop and maintain Site Activation Management Plans and resolve project challenges + Collaborate with internal teams, sponsors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery + Provide regulatory insights and define submission strategies; identify and mitigate risks + Maintain accurate project tracking, reporting, and documentation + Support bid defense activities and contribute to business development initiatives + Build and maintain strong client relationships **Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field + Minimum 3 years’ experience in a clinical research or scientific environment + Experience working in an international clinical research setting + Strong knowledge of clinical systems, GCP, regulatory requirements, and medical terminology + Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills + Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently + High attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills **Why Join Us?** Be part of a global team driving innovative clinical research, with opportunities to grow your expertise and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
