**Job Overview** Lead end-to-end data production process and supervise a team that monitors and supports production flow. **Job Description & Responsibilities** • Develop and support a new data offering project which includes data loading, cleansing, standardization and on-going data production • Work with commercial and development team to ensure new data product is launched on time • Manage critical QC and oversee end-to-end production to ensure on-time report delivery • Act as SME to support client facing team, commercial team or clients • Performs ongoing analysis and evaluation of existing process with the objective of providing continuous improvements. • Provide training to the team in all aspects of production process. **Qualifications** • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Detailed oriented with good analytical and problem solving skills • Proficient in both written & spoken English with good communication skills • Strong PC literacy skill, including Word, Excel, and/or Access with basic understanding of relational databases. • Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
