Provide expert guidance to highly skilled multidisciplinary teams, combining business and technical knowledge. Challenge debate and push beyond normal processes in order to drive innovation. Bridge the gap between pure research and value creation for optimized business solutions. Guide the organization to envision, create, design and implement new data sources/feature creation. Demonstrate effective story telling with data. Build relationships with key partners and leadership sponsors of data insights. Ensure conformance with AI/ML target architecture and ATTs AI operating guidelines. Design, develop and implement ML models and algorithms, encompassing both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques such as Regression, Gradient Boost, Random Forest, K-Means, ARIMA, Facebook Prophet. Utilize Python, SciKitLearn, Pandas, Pyspark, PyTorch, Tensorflow, Keras, NLTK and Spacy. Lead analytic exploration, performing business case analysis, building scenarios and forecasts, and driving insight mining, improving on acquiring, serving, and retaining customer relationships while maintaining profitability. Perform churn, revenue, and LTV analysis. Translate complex analysis into simplified actionable insight. Utilize GenAI techniques and algorithms and applying them in practical settings hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or an equivalent, and the ability to leverage them for deploying scalable ML solutions. Oversee one Lead Advanced Analytics, one Lead Data/Ai Engineering, two Principal Data Scientist, three Lead Data Scientist, and one Sr. Associate Data Analysis.
