**Job Description:**
_JOB LOCATION:_ 300 North Point Pkwy., Alpharetta, GA 30005
_DUTIES:_ Motivate, inspire, and challenge new and innovative data analytics and insights that accelerate data driven decision making. Provide expert guidance to highly skilled multidisciplinary teams, combining business and technical knowledge. Challenge debate and push beyond normal processes in order to drive innovation. Bridge the gap between pure research and value creation for optimized business solutions. Guide the organization to envision, create, design and implement new data sources/feature creation. Demonstrate effective story telling with data. Build relationships with key partners and leadership sponsors of data insights. Ensure conformance with AI/ML target architecture and ATTs AI operating guidelines. Design, develop and implement ML models and algorithms, encompassing both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques such as Regression, Gradient Boost, Random Forest, K-Means, ARIMA, Facebook Prophet. Utilize Python, SciKitLearn, Pandas, Pyspark, PyTorch, Tensorflow, Keras, NLTK and Spacy. Lead analytic exploration, performing business case analysis, building scenarios and forecasts, and driving insight mining, improving on acquiring, serving, and retaining customer relationships while maintaining profitability. Perform churn, revenue, and LTV analysis. Translate complex analysis into simplified actionable insight. Utilize GenAI techniques and algorithms and applying them in practical settings hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or an equivalent, and the ability to leverage them for deploying scalable ML solutions. Oversee one Lead Advanced Analytics, one Lead Data/Ai Engineering, two Principal Data Scientist, three Lead Data Scientist, and one Sr. Associate Data Analysis.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering and Management and 7 years of experience in the job offered or 7 years of experience in a related occupation designing, developing, and implementing ML models and algorithms, encompassing both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques such as Regression, Gradient Boost, Random Forest, K-Means, ARIMA, Facebook Prophet; utilizing Python, SciKitLearn, Pandas, Pyspark, PyTorch, Tensorflow, Keras, NLTK and Spacy; leading analytic exploration, performing business case analysis, building scenarios and forecasts, and driving insight mining, improving on acquiring, serving, and retaining customer relationships while maintaining profitability; performing churn, revenue, and LTV analysis; translating complex analysis into simplified actionable insight; utilizing GenAI techniques and algorithms and applying them in practical settings hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or an equivalent, and the ability to leverage them for deploying scalable ML solutions.
