Assoc Director, Compensation & Benefits LATAM

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits leader to drive regional strategies across LATAM, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and business objectives. This role will manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and mobility initiatives for 15 countries, acting as a key link between global and local HR teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Implement and manage compensation and benefits programs ensuring compliance with company corporate guidelines and local regulations.
+ Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters.
+ Build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders at global, regional, and local levels—including HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition—to drive alignment and deliver integrated solutions.
+ Provide expert support throughout corporate compensation cycles, ensuring accurate execution, compliance with global standards, and alignment with business objectives.
+ Participate in compensation and benefits market surveys and deliver actionable insights from data.
+ Maintain and update salary structures for all business units (excluding RDS) and develop compensation recommendations.
+ Support organizational change initiatives, including reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and transfers, ensuring compliance with local legislation and business needs.
+ Develop and monitor benefits budgets, providing accurate cost forecasts and recommendations.
+ Oversee policy renewals by coordinating with brokers and HR teams to ensure compliance, cost efficiency, and timely execution
+ Ensure operational excellence by meeting deadlines and closing processes accurately and efficiently.
**What We’re Looking For**
+ Experience: 5–10 years in regional Compensation & Benefits leadership within global organizations.
+ Skills: Advanced Excel, Workday ability, strong analytical and project management capabilities.
+ Competencies: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, autonomy, and adaptability.
+ Languages: Advanced English required; Portuguese is a plus.
