How will you make an impact on this role?
The Product Owner is a collaborator, a well-organized, action-oriented individual with exceptional leadership and functional expertise, confident in presenting, facilitating, and building a network of strong relationships across our organization. This role will require strong collaboration with Technology to design how functionality will work and design the validation process at regular intervals that Salesforce & partnering platform features developed align with original requirements provided to the team.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, and Operations stakeholders to plan, manage, and execute strategic initiatives across the eCRMs portfolio
Participate in daily stand ups and relate Agile ceremonies leading and delivering efficient solutions to complex prioritization and business requirements
Develop, maintain, and communicate portfolio-level plans, timelines, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with broader business goals
Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints across projects and work with cross-functional teams to proactively mitigate
Produce executive summaries, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and steering committees
Support prioritization efforts across multiple programs and initiatives, balancing competing demands and lines of business priorities
Foster collaboration and transparent communication across product, engineering, and lines of business to ensure initiative success
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum 3+ years’ experience in portfolio management, program management and/or product management. Due to the nature of the role, a well-rounded individual with proficiency in these areas would be deemed as the best candidate.
Strong enterprise thinking and customer mindset with a track record of influencing others to embrace change. A quick and decisive thinker, with natural abilities to lead and execute activities across a large team.
Very strong collaboration skills - ability to lead and build relationships cross-functionally to deliver on shared objectives. Proven ability to lead and manage workstreams independently and juggle multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment.
Excellent/sharp/concise/clear verbal and written communication skills, a must. The ability to interact effectively with diverse audience across Business and Technical teams, and more senior audiences are a must. Superb presentation building skills with ability to “tell a story” in a clear and concise way to various types of audiences.
Highly skilled in Agile product development methodologies and a mastery of enterprise collaboration tools. Proficiency in analytical and presentation tools a must, including Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Atlassian tools, including Clarity, Jira, Rally, and Confluence a plus.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Demonstrate success in reviewing data and demonstrating insights to meet complex reporting needs and interest in learning new tools and ability to experiment with new ways of demonstrating key themes from data.

Self-starter who can work independently, has exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills, strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
