Job Responsibilities

Lead data management during start up.Act as a data liaison between Clinical Data Management and all other Covance departments and business units.Manage all client queries.Assist in identification and initiation of process improvement activities.Create standard data transfer format(s) in compliance with client requests while adhering to both internal processes and regulatory standards.Provide ongoing data management support during study maintenance.Ensure uninterrupted client service.Record data transfer activities and maintain protocol portfolios as required to track workload and productivity.Work in collaboration with Clinical Data Manager personnel to assist in day to day activities as assigned.Mentoring of new hires.Quality review of team work for simple to moderate tasks.Triage responsibilities for work assessment and work allocation.Ability to support as an SME for training requirements.Assisting the SME and manager in preparation and maintenance of metrics for the entire team.Represent team in department level meetings

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Technology

Current or Prior LabCorp Apprentice experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Biotechnology or BiochemistryMore than 6 months of relevant experience in Panther
