Role –
To contribute on various type of strategy projects including expertise in domains like secondary desk research, data analysis, epidemiology analysis, IQVIA MIDAS data, story boarding, etc.Focus on data collection, analysis, information and insight synthesis, and development of final reports in the form of PowerPoint decks by adhering to established quality standards under minimal supervisionHands on experience of basic excel operations and modellingDescription of Activities
Detailed data analysis to observe key development trends in the specific TA space, identify untapped potential, competitor development and impact, etc.Understand IQVIA datasets like MIDAS and other related data for understanding historical and current market trend as well as estimating future expected growth, patient / market sizing etc.Good knowledge of types of forecasting techniques, , able to build forecast flows, analog screening and analysis, pricing analysis, etc.Develop PowerPoint presentation with underlying analysis, key insights, storyboarding and provide viewpointsConduct secondary desk research on disease overview, epidemiology, patient segmentation, treatment paradigm, unmet need, clinical trials / pipeline, market trends, competitive intelligence, etc., and analyze the information / data to address key business questionsBasic understanding and hands on experience of excel operations and modellingCommunicate with the client / stakeholder to assess objective and requirement, brainstorm and help build robust approach / methodology to collect and analyze data, synthesize information, storyboard and present the observations and findings to the client one-on-one to help them with strategic decision makingCollaborate with onshore stakeholders to become part of the project team and work seamlessly to achieve the project objectives on time with high quality outputsContribute to project level meeting / brainstorming sessions to develop approach / insights / recommendations to the clientReady to work in a challenging environment to meet client expectations in terms of timelines and quality with minimal supervisionReady to learn on projects, good interpersonal skills and attention to detail, think creatively to provide solutions to real time challenges during project executionFlexible to work with multiple clients / stakeholders in US as a part of an ad-hoc engagementQualifications – Bachelors or Master in Life Science (including Pharma) or MBA
Experience – 2-4 years forecasting relevant experience for Associate Consultant and 4-6 years for Consultant
Skillsets – Quant and qual secondary / IQVIA / PMR data analysis, therapy area understanding, pipeline and clinical data assessment, PowerPoint with basic storyboarding, Basic or Advance Excel, client communication and presentation
