Responsibilities
Manage learner assignments on our OnPoint platform based LMS across assigned customers. This includes management of resources, systems, and processes (SOPs/work instructions): Create and deploy of training journey and aligned content to specific audiences while ensuring content compliance and firewalls are maintainedEnsure employee training compliance through monitoring, reporting and communication of LMS resultsMaintain and audit training resources within the LMS for updating and expirationProvide compliance and regulatory reports on training to external customers and internal stakeholdersTriage and troubleshoot system and user issues associated with talent onboarding and trainingManage Field Manager and Project Level Dashboards and associated reporting for projectsSupport training programs using eLearning creation tools as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in training and/or operations; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceExperience with systems training and/or LMS management preferredExperience operating with customer and/or internal cross-functional teams preferredStrong software and computer skills, Smartsheet, and MS Office applications (Proficient in PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Excel) preferredExperience in delivery of eLearning and virtual training programs preferred
