**Introduction** We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Buyer to join our procurement team in Latin America. This entry-level position will support sourcing activities and help coordinate purchasing needs across the region, with a focus on services procurement and vendor management. **Your role and responsibilities** * Assist in managing procurement processes for services, including data entry and tracking in Fieldglass. * Support the coordination of regional purchasing requirements. * Help gather and analyze supplier quotes and proposals. * Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier communications. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing. * Espanish Fluent and English Intermediary **Required technical and professional expertise** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field. * Advance Spanish and Portuguese and intermediate English. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Strong attention to detail - ensures accuracy in documentation and data entry. * Effective communicator - able to clearly share information with internal teams and suppliers. * Team player - collaborates well with others and contributes to a positive team environment. * Proactive mindset - takes initiative and shows eagerness to learn and grow. * Organizational skills - manages multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. * Problem-solving attitude - approaches challenges with a solution-oriented perspective. * Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. * Strong interest in procurement and supply chain management.
