Build Champions On and Off the Course At Lincoln Memorial University, we believe athletics are a vital part of developing student success. We’re searching for a motivated and team-focused Assistant Women’s Golf Coach to help lead and grow our women’s golf program. This role supports both the strategic and day-to-day operations of the team and plays a key role in mentoring student-athletes.

What You’ll Do *Assist with planning and directing team practices and competitions *Support individual skill development and performance improvement *Help identify and recruit qualified student-athletes *Promote academic excellence, sportsmanship, and a team-first mindset *Ensure compliance with NCAA, SAC, and institutional guidelines

Who We’re Looking For *Bachelor’s degree required *Successful background as a golf player or coach preferred *Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills *Commitment to the student-athlete experience
