Lincoln Memorial University is seeking an Assistant Women’s Golf Coach to support the ongoing growth and development of its women’s golf program. The successful candidate will assist with planning, organizing, and directing all activities of the team, including practices, competitions, recruitment, and athlete development. The Assistant Coach will play an integral role in fostering a positive and competitive environment that aligns with the mission and values of LMU Athletics.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications:

Successful background as a competitive golf player and/or coach

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Commitment to the academic success and well-being of student-athletes
