Provide support to the head coach in all aspects of the program.  Coach and mentor student-athletes in support of their growth as a student-athlete and member of the Middlebury College community. 

This is considered a part-time, hourly, non-benefits eligible position. The minimum starting rate for the position is 23.66 per hour.

Core Responsibilities: 

Coach players in techniques and tactics of soccer at practice and in competitions, . Recruit prospective student-athletes within the rules and regulations of Middlebury, NESCAC and the NCAA. Assist the head coach in preparing for daily practice including but not limited to developing daily practice plans. Assist the head coach with the administration of the program including but not limited to travel plans, equipment purchasing, and budgeting. Mentor and provide support for student-athletes in support of their development in the sport as well as in their academics and personal development. Perform other duties as assigned by the head coach or Director of Athletics in support of the program or department.   Other duties as assigned by the head coach or Director of Athletics.
