About the roleAs an Assistant Villa Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating villa operations, ensuring personalized service delivery, and supporting an exceptional guest experience. Your ability to multitask, anticipate needs, and resolve issues will be essential in maintaining the resort's luxury service standards.
Key responsibilities Coordinate and manage personalized experiences for VIP and long-stay guests Liaise with various departments (Housekeeping, Culinary, Spa, Security, etc.) to ensure smooth service flow Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring satisfaction and swift issue resolution Supervise villa staff and assist in scheduling, service briefings, and on-the-job training Monitor villa condition and ensure readiness, cleanliness, and attention to detail at all times Utilize PMS, POS, and night audit tools for reporting and administrative accuracy Ensure privacy, discretion, and luxury service delivery in line with the resort's standards Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort or villa setting Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field Demonstrated experience in managing VIP guest stays and tailoring service delivery Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities Strong communication skills Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), and night audit processes High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and a guest-first mindsetDeliver privacy, luxury, and mindful moments.
