Principal responsibilities

Enhance and adapt Excel spreadsheets to interface with the new risk platform.Review and improve existing Front Office tools, including pricers and blotters.Develop and maintain Excel VBA-based tools for pricing, risk visualization, and booking.Collaborate with traders to translate requirements into functional tools.Perform business analysis and provide light support for desk tools.Work on visualization of risk, Foreign Exchange (FX) exposure, trade booking, market data management, and controls.Lead and mentor a small team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.Set clear goals, provide constructive feedback, and ensure team alignment with project objectives.Act as a bridge between the desk and the development team, ensuring effective communication and delivery of solutions.Inspire confidence and motivate the team to achieve high performance under tight deadlines.
