We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President Change/ Project.

Principal responsibilities

Ensure requirements across the key business areas are gathered, represented, and reflected to ensure that each build is robust, future proof and achievable.

Work closely with business analysts, project managers, users and system developers to define data sources and detailed business requirement

Understand the process flows from Front to Back.

Develop proof-of-concept or prototypes to help crystallize business rules, processes and functions.

Provide input to test plans and testing strategies as well as input to design discussions and project planning meetings.

Developing strong partnerships with IT to drive change

Bringing enhanced transparency on execution progress to all stakeholders, empowering informed and appropriate decisions.

Proactively identifying managing issues as they arise de-risking as required.

Relentlessly focus on delivery of business outcomes.
